Whether you join for one session or commit to the full series, this experience will help you reconnect to your body, understand how to structure your workouts, and finally build consistency in a way that fits your life.
Each session combines guided movement, coaching, and practical tools so you leave knowing exactly what to do — and how to keep doing it.

Live It Forward: A vision + intention workshop
A creative, guided session designed to help you get clear on what you want — and start living into it now.
Through movement, reflection, and the creation of your own vision board, you’ll connect your ideas to action in a way that feels grounded, clear, and achievable.
This workshop blends light movement, reflection, and the creation of a personal vision board — giving you space to step out of the day-to-day and reconnect with your direction, energy, and goals.
Expect a relaxed, welcoming environment with music, conversation, and a little bit of fun woven in.
We’ll have healthy snacks, light bites, and a sparkling (non-alcoholic) option to keep things feeling elevated and enjoyable.
You’ll leave with a vision you can see, feel, and begin to move toward.
