Welcome — I’m Michelle Corner-Nichol, founder of Mindfully Moved Collective, a trainer, movement specialist, and coach with a lifelong passion for helping people feel strong, connected, and grounded — in both body and life.
Movement has always been my anchor. From competing as a Division I multi-sport athlete to becoming certified in strength training, yoga, nutrition, and mobility (NASM-CPT, FRCms, TRS-S, RYT-500, PN1), I’ve dedicated my career to blending functional fitness with mindful practices that restore balance and build resilience.
Mindfully Moved Collective was created as a space where strength, mobility, and mindfulness come together — through 1:1 coaching, small-group training, and immersive retreats. My work centers on empowering people to reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and move with greater intention. Whether we’re building strength, cultivating presence, or supporting long-term health, my goal is always the same: to help you feel stronger from every angle.
Beyond my work, I’m a proud mom of twin daughters who remind me daily to grow, reset, and show up fully. I understand the challenge of balancing family, health, and career — and I bring that lived experience into the way I coach, teach, and guide others.
