I’m a trainer, movement specialist, and coach with a deep passion for helping people feel strong, connected, and grounded — in both body and life.
Movement has always been my anchor. From competing as a Division I multi-sport athlete to building a career in strength training, yoga, nutrition, and mobility, I’ve focused on blending functional fitness with mindful practices that support long-term health and resilience.
Mindfully Moved Collective was created as a space where strength, mobility, and mindfulness come together — through 1:1 coaching, small group training, and immersive experiences. My work is centered on helping you reconnect with your body, build consistency, and move with greater intention.
Whether we’re building strength, improving how you move, or creating routines that actually stick, the goal is simple: to help you feel stronger from every angle.
Beyond my work, I’m a proud mom of twin daughters and understand the reality of balancing family, health, and life. That lived experience shapes how I coach — in a way that’s supportive, realistic, and designed to fit your life.
