I’m Michelle- ’m a movement specialist, mind–body coach, and the founder of Mindfully Moved Collective, a community built around intentional movement, grounded strength, and the belief that Everything is Aiming.
For over two decades, I’ve helped people reconnect with their bodies through functional strength, mobility, and mindful movement. My work blends science and intuition — strength and softness — with a focus on helping people feel aligned, empowered, and deeply at home in themselves.

My husband and I have been training weekly with Michelle for several years. We have always had an active lifestyle, plenty of sports along with cardio and weight training.
